BOOKING CONDITIONS

Please note the following terms and conditions related to
booking at KOI Menlyn Maine

  1. Reservations for 15 people or more must choose from the provided set menus.

  2. Confirmation of final numbers needs to be provided 24 hours prior to your reservation date. This confirmed number of guests will be charged for on the evening.

  3. A deposit may be required to confirm your reservation.

  4. Minimal table decorations are allowed. Decorations that obstruct other guests or take up floor space are not permitted.

  5. Photography sessions are not allowed in the restaurant to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests.

  6. All food and beverage will be charged on a single bilL; regretfully no split bills can be accommodated.

  7. A 15% gratuity will be included in your final bill which will be paid to the waiters serving your function.
